We provide rent top-up support for individuals in Ghana who need help paying advance rent. You pay what you can, and we cover the rest directly to your landlord. You repay us monthly over 3 to 6 months — no interest, no collateral.

Yes, we accept international driver's licenses. An additional government-issued ID, such as a passport, is also required.

We help:

  • Salaried workers
  • MoMo-based income earners
  • Market traders, freelancers, and small business owners

You must provide:

  • Valid Ghana Card or Passport
  • Proof of income (MoMo, payslip, or bank statement)
  • Landlord contact or rent agreement
  • Guarantor (required for certain plans)

You repay monthly via MoMo (Mobile Money) over 3 to 6 months, depending on the plan you choose.
There are no hidden charges. Just a clear one-time service fee between 15% and 30%.

Yes — for Full Support (0% paid) and Flex Starter (20%) plans.
No guarantor is required for the Top-Up Plan (75%) or Balanced Plan (50%) if your income is verified.

Yes. You can request a plan based on your budget

A 5% late penalty is added after the first missed day.
If payment is more than 10 days late, we will:

  • Contact your guarantor
  • Demand full repayment
  • Begin legal recovery through Small Claims Court
